This historic New England golf and country club has a beautiful property, circa 1920’s club house, and mature landscaping. A classic country club, the site overlooks a flowing river on the site of a former dairy farm. Club members enjoy playing seasonal golf and social events throughout the year. In addition, the clubhouse is open for social events such as weddings and corporate dinners.
The club has an antiquated kitchen that has been updated over the years, but certainly not state-of-the art.
As a non-profit organization, saving money is always mission-critical. At the same time, they wanted to be known in the area as a classic venue of choice with beautiful historic architecture, manicured landscaping, and fabulous food.
Outside of their membership business, the club needed to supplement their income to operate with outside business. With new hotels coming into the area, the competition was fierce.
RF Hunter recommended the HF 80 oil filtrator, which was the perfect size for their older kitchen.
The HF 80 Filtrator gives them the ability to filter fryer oil quickly and efficiently so they can get delicious meals on the table for wedding banquets, corporate events, or standard club dinners. Also, their staff is better able to filter fryer oil daily without having to manually handle hot oil during filtration and disposal.
This system also saves them time since the filtration takes minutes versus almost half an hour with a manual method.
